To repair an anti-escape cable, you should not use electrical tape.
What you will need:
- Marette (connector)
- Gel capsule
Strip the 2 ends of wire.
Insert the wires into the connector, then twist. The threads must be tight.
Once the wires are well inserted into the plug, open the gel capsule and insert the 2 wires all the way to the bottom.
Close the capsule.
You can now put the cable underground, or leave it on the surface, depending on your installation.
You can use the same technique if you want to increase the perimeter of your escape fence.
