Active Ingredients

Mechanism of Action

Advantage II acts within 12 hours on adult fleas upon first application, then in only 2 hours for subsequent re-infestations. Protection is continuous for 30 days. Instructions for Use

1. Remove one tube from its packaging and hold it vertically, tip pointing up
2. Break the tip of the tube by bending it
3. For dogs under 11 kg: apply the entire contents of the tube to the base of the neck, between the shoulder blades
4. For dogs over 11 kg: apply the contents at 3 or 4 spots along the back, from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, parting the hair to reach the skin
5. Allow to dry completely (approximately 24 hours) before wetting or bathing your dog
6. Repeat application once a month for continuous protection

• For dogs 7 weeks of age and older only, weighing 1.4 kg (3 lbs) or more
• Never use on a cat — the dog dose can be toxic to cats
• Avoid contact with your dog's eyes and mouth
• Wash hands after application
• Keep out of reach of children
• If you have other pets in the house (cats, other dogs), separate them until the product is completely dry
• Slight local irritation may occur; it usually subsides quickly
• Discontinue use and consult a veterinarian if you observe unusual signs (excessive salivation, lethargy, tremors, loss of appetite)
• Do not use on sick, debilitated, or elderly dogs without veterinary advice
