Return Policy and Guarantees:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us before returning the item.
We will replace the defective item(s) with new item(s).
We warrant that the items will be free from defects in design, assembly, materials or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for replacement of a defective product.

Refund : Upon receipt of the package, you have 7 days to return the new item for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and this packaging must be intact.
Shipping, handling, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is defective and we are unable to replace it, or you received the wrong item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 2-3 business days of receiving your return.

After receiving your return authorization, you can choose your preferred carrier using your own return label. Prepaid return labels are not applicable for product exchanges that are not defective.

Exchange: For new items that you want to exchange (for example, an item of the wrong size), place a new order and then return the item that does not fit to us. We will refund the item upon receipt of the package.
