Return Policy and Terms of Sale

🔄 Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return an item new, unopened, and in its original intact packaging.
• A return authorization number (RMA) is required before any return. No item will be refunded without authorization.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.
• To avoid shipping charges, you may return the merchandise directly to the store at 4921 Industriel Blvd., Sherbrooke, J1R 0P4.

💳 Refunds

• The refund is issued using the original payment method, usually 2 to 3 business days after the return is received.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective items or our error).
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
• No refund on unopened or used items.
• For clothing, coats, and boots: the refund is issued as store credit.

🔁 Exchanges

To exchange an item (e.g., wrong size), place a new order and return the unwanted item to us. The refund will be issued when we receive the returned parcel.

🛡️ Defective warranty — 30 days

• Any item defective within 30 days of purchase will be replaced with a new item.
• Please contact us before returning the item.
• After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.

✅ Satisfaction guaranteed

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on several products (anti-escape, training collars, bark control). If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return the product — the refund will be issued as store credit, usable online or in store.

🚫 Non-returnable items

For hygiene and customer protection reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

• Accessories and litter boxes (including Pet Loo turf)
• Housebreaking items
• Grooming items
• Beds, crates, bowls, and waterers

⏱️ Order cancellation

Any order may be cancelled within 30 minutes after confirmation. After that time, no cancellations will be accepted, including for a payment method change. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
