Sherbrooke Canin, c'est une business familiale, basée à Sherbrooke, qui s'occupe de ton chien (et de ton chat) comme si c'était le nôtre.

Éric and Yanna, the humans in charge. Fidji, our Australian Shepherd, who tests the treats, welcomes customers in-store, and entertains over 30,000 followers on our social media. And behind us, a team of enthusiasts who share one thing in common: they all have a dog (or a cat, or both) at home, and they know what that entails.

Where we come from

2006. We are starting under the name of Sherbrooke-electroniques.com. À l'époque, on est spécialisés dans les colliers de dressage, anti-aboiement et anti-fugue. C'est encore une de nos forces aujourd'hui, et on s'y connaît vraiment.

Over the years, our customers have started asking for our advice on their food, their shampoo, and their treats. One day, we realized we had become much more than just an electronics store for dogs. That's when was born Sherbrooke Canin, le nom qu'on porte aujourd'hui.

2018, we are opening our physical store at 4921 boul. industriel in Sherbrooke. Tu es le bienvenu pour passer faire un tour, jaser avec l'équipe et rencontrer Fidji.

Today? Over 200,000 orders later, we are proud to say that we have helped tens of thousands of Canadian families take better care of their pets.

How we choose our products

This is probably the most important question. Here is our approach.

Testing. Food, chew treats, toys, accessories: before a product enters the shop, it is tested by Fidji or the team's pets. If we wouldn't give it to our own companions, we don't sell it.

We're digging. We read the ingredients, we talk to the suppliers, we question the manufacturers. When we recommend a food like Horizon or FirstMate, it's because we know the composition by heart, not because we have the best margin on it.

We educate. You will see on our product pages that we take the time to explain. How to dose a supplement. How to choose between a deer antler chew and yak cheese. Why seal oil has a different omega-3 profile than salmon oil. We want you to make an informed purchase, not just a purchase.
