2. Buy in-store at 4921, boul. Industriel, in Sherbrooke (Monday to Saturday): your receipt counts automatically. Make sure the team has your name and your email or phone number on file.
3. No purchase necessary: email us at info@sherbrookecanin.com (details in the rules below).

No limit: the more purchases you make during the month, the more chances you have to win.

The draw

We will draw the winner on December 1, 2026, at the store. We will contact them by email or phone, and we will announce their first name on our social media (with their permission).

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum amount? No. A bag of treats counts just as much as a large bag of food.

Do my purchases before November 1 count? No, only those made between November 1 at 12:00 AM and November 30 at 11:59 PM.

I don't live in Sherbrooke. Can I participate? Yes, if you are 18 years of age or older and live in Canada. Online orders shipped anywhere in Canada count.

Do I need to register somewhere? No. Your purchase is enough.

Official Rules for the "Win $500" Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning compared to a no-purchase entry: every eligible entry has the same value.

1. Organizer. The "Win $500" contest (the "Contest") is organized by Sherbrooke Canin Inc., 4921, boul. Industriel, Sherbrooke (Quebec) (the "Organizer").

2. Duration. The Contest begins on November 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) (the "Contest Period").

3. Eligibility. The Contest is open to residents of Canada aged 18 or older. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Organizer, as well as persons living at the same address as them, are excluded.

4. Entry with purchase. Each transaction completed during the Contest Period entitles the customer to one (1) entry, with no minimum amount:

• an order placed on sherbrookecanin.com;
• a receipt paid at the store at 4921, boul. Industriel, in Sherbrooke, associated with a customer file including the name and a way to contact the person (email or phone). A person who does not wish to have a customer file can fill out an entry coupon at the checkout.

An order cancelled or fully refunded before the draw is not an eligible entry.

5. Entry without purchase. To enter without a purchase, send an email to info@sherbrookecanin.com with the subject line "Concours 500 $", including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and an original text of at least 50 words explaining what you love most about your dog. Limit of one (1) no-purchase entry per person for the entire Contest Period. An incomplete email or one received after the end of the Contest Period is not eligible.

6. Prize. One (1) prize of $500 CAD in cash, awarded by Interac e-Transfer or by cheque, at the Organizer's discretion. The prize must be accepted as is and cannot be transferred to another person.

7. Draw. The random draw will take place on December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM (Eastern Time), at the Organizer's store, from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Conditions for claiming the prize. Before being declared a winner, the selected person must:

• be reached by email or phone and respond within ten (10) days following the first communication attempt;
• correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question;
• sign a declaration and release of liability form.

If the selected person does not meet one of these conditions, a new draw will be held following the same procedure until a winner is declared.

9. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the Organizer to publish their first name, the first letter of their last name, and their city, without compensation, for purposes related to the Contest.

10. Personal information. The information collected is used solely for the administration of the Contest. It is not sold or transmitted to third parties.

11. Limitation of liability. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries, or for any technical failure of the website or email system. The Organizer may cancel or modify the Contest if an event beyond its control compromises its normal operation.

12. Availability of rules. These rules are available at sherbrookecanin.com/pages/concours and at the store. In the event of a discrepancy between these rules and any advertising for the Contest, the rules take priority.
