Cart attachment system

Made in Quebec, this Zinco tethering system allows animals to be restricted to a 50' aisle. The two high quality galvanized steel cables are covered with translucent vinyl, easy to clean and weather resistant. Installation is easy. The set includes a 50' or 25' guide cable, a 10' cable leash, a pulley, two hooks, a spring and two cable clips. Heavy duty full rotation carabiners are cast from zinc and nickel plated. Two formats are available; they are suitable for small or medium sized dogs.
