The Ancient Grains version includes nourishing whole grains (oats, quinoa) with a moderate glycemic index, easier to digest than industrial grains (wheat, corn). The Grain-Free version uses beans, peas, and lentils instead. Both are excellent choices depending on whether you prefer grains or not.
