Advantage II is a monthly topical flea treatment for cats and kittens 8 weeks of age and older. It is particularly suitable if you are looking for:

Active Ingredients

• Imidacloprid 9.1% — kills adult fleas on contact by interfering with their nervous system
• Pyriproxyfen 0.46% — growth regulator that prevents the development of eggs and larvae, thus breaking the flea reproductive cycle

How it works

Advantage II acts within 12 hours on adult fleas present at the time of application, then offers continuous protection for 30 days. The combined efficacy of its two active ingredients not only eliminates adult fleas but also prevents the development of future generations in your environment.

Dose selection by weight

Instructions for use

1. Remove the tube from its packaging and hold it upright, tip facing up
2. Break the tip of the tube by bending it
3. Part your cat's fur at the base of the neck, between the shoulder blades (an area your cat cannot lick)
4. Apply the entire contents of the tube directly onto the skin
5. Allow to dry completely (approximately 24 hours) before wetting or bathing your cat
6. Repeat application once a month for continuous protection

Important precautions

• For external use only — do not ingest
• For cats 8 weeks of age and older only
• Avoid contact with your cat's eyes and mouth
• Wash your hands after application
• Keep out of reach of children
• If you have other pets in the household (dogs, cats), separate them until the product is completely dry
• Slight local irritation may occur; it usually resolves quickly
• Discontinue use and consult a veterinarian if you observe unusual signs (excessive salivation, lethargy, tremors, loss of appetite)
• Do not use on sick, weakened, or elderly cats without veterinary advice
