Active Ingredients

How it works

Advantage II works within 12 hours on adult fleas present at the time of application, then provides continuous protection for 30 days. The combined efficacy of its two active ingredients eliminates not only adult fleas but also prevents the development of future generations in your environment.

Directions for Use

1. Remove one tube from its packaging and hold it upright, tip up
2. Break the tip of the tube by bending it
3. Part your cat's fur at the base of the neck, between the shoulder blades (an area the cat cannot lick)
4. Apply the entire contents of the tube directly to the skin
5. Allow to dry completely (approximately 24 hours) before wetting or bathing your cat
6. Repeat application once a month for continuous protection

• For external use only — do not ingest
• For cats 8 weeks and older only
• Avoid contact with your cat's eyes and mouth
• Wash your hands after application
• Keep out of reach of children
• If you have other animals in the house (dogs, cats), separate them until the product is completely dry
• Mild local irritation may occur; it usually resolves quickly
• Discontinue use and consult a veterinarian if you observe unusual signs (excessive salivation, lethargy, tremors, loss of appetite)
• Do not use on sick, weakened, or elderly cats without veterinary advice
