The Global Animal Partnership (GAP) is a recognized North American certification system that evaluates animal welfare on farms across 5 levels. GAP-certified meats come from farms that follow high standards for space, care, and natural environment. It is one of the strictest animal welfare certifications.
How to serve?
Serve as is, with no preparation. To stimulate appetite or hydration, add a little warm water just before serving: the raw coating and bone broth will form a natural gravy. Fresh water available at all times. Gradually transition over 7 to 10 days.
