Instructions for use

1. Place your pet in a comfortable and stable position
2. Gently lift the ear flap to expose the ear canal
3. Apply the product generously directly into the ear canal (5 to 10 drops depending on the animal's size)
4. Gently massage the base of the ear for 30 to 60 seconds to allow the product to penetrate and dissolve debris
5. Allow your pet to shake its head to expel any residue
6. Wipe away excess product and debris from the outside of the canal with clean gauze or a cotton pad
7. Never use cotton swabs in the ear canal — risk of injury or pushing debris deeper

Recommended frequency of use

• Routine maintenance: 1 to 2 times per week
• After swimming or bathing: after each exposure to water
• At-risk breeds (floppy ears, swimmers, allergies): 2 to 3 times per week
• Therapeutic use (in case of a problem): according to your veterinarian's recommendations

Important precautions

• External use only — do not ingest
• Do not use if a perforated eardrum is suspected or confirmed
• Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clear water
• If you observe any unusual signs (excessive redness, pain, purulent discharge, loss of balance, abnormal head shaking), discontinue use and consult a veterinarian
• Surosolve is a cleaner and not a treatment for otitis. If your pet has an ear infection (external, middle, or inner ear infection), consult your veterinarian for a diagnosis and appropriate treatment
