Yes, the kibble is quite small. For very small dogs (under 2 kg), you can slightly moisten the kibble with warm water to make chewing easier at first.
Orijen Small Breed goes further (39% protein, 85% animal ingredients, New Zealand green mussels for joint support). Acana Small Breed offers an excellent recipe at a more accessible price. The choice depends on your budget and your dog's situation: we can help you decide.
For a rather sedentary small dog or one prone to weight gain, we can look at Acana Senior (reduced calories) or adjust portions downward.
