Salmon as the first ingredient. Ancient grains duo (brown rice + oats). High DHA at 0.10% (the highest in the GoodBowl dog range). Oven-baked (gentle method). Added taurine.
Why oven-baked?
The Baking in the oven (baked kibble) is a gentler method than traditional industrial extrusion. It is done at a lower temperature and better preserves the texture, taste, and certain nutrients. The resulting kibble is generally crunchier and easier to digest.
Why brown rice and oats?
The brown rice and theoats are ancient grains digests, sources of fiber, complex carbohydrates, and B vitamins. Oats also provide beta-glucans recognized for immune and cardiovascular support.

The salmon and Menhaden meal are naturally rich in marine omega-3s (EPA and DHA). This recipe has the highest DHA in the GoodBowl dog range (0.10% vs. 0.02-0.05% in Chicken and Beef). Excellent for skin, coat, brain, and joints.
