To replace the battery and remove it from the collar, use a coin, or a small tool included with your anti-bark, anti-escape or training collar, insert it into the slot on the top of the battery and then turn.

This battery may look like a cap on your necklace, because they are exposed, but no doubt, it is indeed a battery, it has a sealant to resist water.

Beware of replicas as they may void your warranty, use original PetSafe batteries, it's safer!
