Big Country Raw uses whole goat's milk, adds two probiotic enzymes, and cultures the milk for 10 days. The finished product is a raw fermented goat's milk, which can also be called kefir.

Their raw goat milk is unpasteurized. Its unaltered nutritional profile and naturally occurring beneficial bacteria provide a healthy range of vitamins, minerals, and beneficial enzymes, promoting gut health and supporting the immune system.
