The Electronic SmartDoor Pet Door gives your pet the key to the house so they can come and go as they please. Using its radio frequency technology, the SmartDoor pet door analyzes the unique signal emitted by the SmartKey collar key worn by your pet and unlocks the battery-powered door. When the SmartDoor pet door no longer detects your pet's SmartKey collar key, the door leaf will automatically lock again. The SmartDoor pet door can detect up to five SmartKey collar keys. It can also operate in two other modes of operation: fully locked mode and unlocked mode. Fully locked mode prevents the exit or entry of any animals, while unlocked mode allows all animals in and out.

How does an electronic door work?

The door analyzes the unique signal emitted by the collar key worn by your pet and unlocks the door. When the door no longer detects your pet's key, the door locks automatically again. Each key is configured so that only that pet can use the door, so other pets or stray animals cannot gain entry.
